Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 資訊科技應用研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the creative ideas and technological breakthroughs of students - taking the winners as an example. A total of 30 students, using qualitative research, conducted in-depth interviews with winners who have won national or international "creative competitions", "scientific exhibitions", "invention exhibitions" and so on. Additionally, we focus creative teaching for qualitative analysis of students' creative ideas and technological breakthroughs. It is found that the education of creativity is no longer a general scholar's theory teaching method. It must invite high-quality inventions or entrepreneurs with practical experience, work together for the long-term development and progress of national education, and create an educational system that is conducive to "innovative thinking." In other words, creativity teaching is to teach students creative, design and invention methods for understanding the concept of intellectual property rights and the use of patent protection; the objectives are shown as follows. (1) stimulate students' creative thinking potential. (2) train students' to invention and innovation. (3) Enrich students' life experience areas. (4) Implement students' knowledge and application.
