Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 資訊科技應用研究所 === 107 === Abstract This study is mainly to explore the degree of consumer satisfaction with cultural, creative, leisure, and sightseeing restaurants, and to focus on the “YuHsienLaiLiao” restaurant. The results of this study are summarized as follows: This study used a questionnaire survey. A total of 166 questionnaires were issued, between December 2018 and February 2019, to exclude from dining at the “YuHsienLaiLiao” cultural, creative, leisure and sightseeing restaurant and answering missing subjects. A total of 160 questionnaires were collected, and the recovery rate was 96.39%. The results of this study are summarized as follows: Second, the results of the study are: (1) Good evaluation of the satisfaction for cultural-creative-leisure-sightseeing Restaurant. (2) The different results in gender for restaurant satisfaction show that female are better than male on the environment of “YuHsienLaiLiao” cultural-creative-leisure-sightseeing restaurant, renewed willingness, fresh food and service satisfaction, and more identity the brand management of “YuHsienLaiLiao” cultural-creative-leisure-sightseeing restaurant. (3) There is no significant difference in any age between the sub-items and the whole. (4) Consumers of high school education level are more satisfied with the environment, service, return passengers and overall satisfaction of the restaurant than other education levels. (5) If the frequency of meals has reached more than five times within half a year, the evaluation of “YuHsienLaiLiao” Restaurant is the highest. (6) Correlation and predictive between questionnaires: The study sub-items are related to each other and are positively correlated, but they cannot explain the causal relationship between them. Finally, some suggestions for the business aspect of the“YuHsienLaiLiao” restaurant are as follows: (1) Adjust menus and change dishes according to the characteristics of consumers. (2) With the ingenuity of cultural creativity, incorporating menu design, holding lectures, and adding the characteristics of the restaurant. (3) Introducing local cuisine or no menu cooking, increasing the richness of the dishes in restaurant. (4) To create the characteristics of the service and provide customized services.
