Description
Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 資訊科技應用研究所 === 107 === Technology is changing with each passing day, and smart phones have become a must-have tool for most people. The instant messaging software on smart phones has also become a common tool for people to communicate with each other. Instant messaging software LINE, is a communication software that emerged in recent years. It can transmit not only messages, but also voice and pictures. Because of its convenience and high adhesion in Taiwan, it is the popular device of communication. When teachers communicate with parents, they are usually willing to follow the trend to use LINE as a communication tool. Although line is convenient, it also causes confusion for teachers. Whether parents send messages frequently, or send messages that are not related to teaching, or capture the screen and sent it to other parents, teachers may resist to use LINE. This study mainly explores the willingness of teachers to use LINE as a teacher-to-parent communication tool whether is affected by the familiarity of the interface, the trouble of receiving the message, the anxiety of sending the message, and the impact of privacy leakage. This study uses the questionnaire, use the in-service teacher as the object of measurement, and analyze the collected data to understand whether teachers willingness to use LINE is affected by all levels. Analyzing the data and generalizing the results, the following conclusions were obtained: 1, the familiarity of the interface has a significant positive impact on the teachers willingness to use LINE as a communication tool with parents. 2, the trouble of receiving the message has a significant negative impact on teachers willingness to use LINE as a communication tool with parents. 3, the anxiety of sending the message has no significant negative impact on teachers willingness to use LINE as a a communication tool with parents. 4, the impact of privacy leakage has a significant negative impact on teachers willingness to use LINE as a a communication tool with parents. It is expected that this study will clarify the level of influence on teachers use of LINE and parents, and improve the problem so that LINE can become a good communication tool between teachers and parents.
