The Research on Children's Satisfaction with Nutritional Lunches in Yue-Mei Elementary School in Shanlin District of Kaohsiung City

碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of nutrition lunches in Yuemei Primary School in Shanlin District, Kaohsiung City, and to address the satisfaction of nutrition and lunch for children and teachers attending different grades and ages in the US National Primary School. In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used as a research tool by the researcher's self-edited “Study on the Satisfaction of Nutritional Lunches for Children of the American Elementary School in Shanlin District of Kaohsiung City”, and the children of the school were collected from the school in Yuelin District, Kaohsiung City. A questionnaire survey was conducted for the study sample, and 87 valid samples were collected. The obtained data were analyzed by spss statistical software, and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistical method, t test, single factor variance analysis, and Mori difference. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained by this study are as follows: 1. The satisfaction of children of the American Elementary School in the Shanlin District of Kaohsiung City is the highest in the "Flesh Day" every week. The "Flesh-Free Day" (vegetable day) is the lowest every week. 2. The satisfaction of children in the American Elementary School in Shanlin District of Kaohsiung City on the attitude of nutrition lunch etiquette is the highest in “teacher companionship” and the lowest in “no teacher companionship”. 3. Children in the American Elementary School in Shanlin District, Kaohsiung City have the lowest satisfaction with the quality of the service provided by the fruit suppliers of the nutritious lunch. The school can discuss the improvement strategy in consideration of “consulting with the fruit business provider” or negotiate with the other fruit traders to discuss the replacement. Fruit Merchants' Strategy Fourth, the children of the American Elementary School in Shanlin District of Kaohsiung City have the highest satisfaction with the consumption of fried noodles for the nutritious lunch staple food, and the lowest satisfaction with pure white rice. Based on the above results, specific recommendations are made for reference by educational authorities, schools, national primary school teachers, and future research.
