This study used the questionnaire survey method to study the "investigation motivation, service quality and satisfaction of the sports club members using questionnaires" as the research tool, and the members of the Tainan Deep Breathing Games Hall as the research object, the content is divided into members basic Information, participation motivation service quality and satisfaction. The members of the Deep Breathing Games Hall were collected for data collection. A total of 300 valid questionnaires were collected. The surveyed data were descriptive statistics, chi-square test, single-factor variance analysis and regression analysis, and Pearson product differences were discussed. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Consumers have the highest proportion of women, ages 25 to 30, education level "college" and occupational distribution "services"; sports participation is "2-3" times per week, "1-2 The hour is the most. 2. The motivation for participation is "physical health needs", "mental health needs" and "social needs" from high to low. 3. The quality of service is from "high level and low" to "professional equipment" and "service quality". 4. The satisfaction of all aspects from high to low is "Entity Experience", "Commodity Information", "Personnel Professional" and "Professional Services". 5. There is a significant positive correlation between service quality and satisfaction.
