Description
Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 化妝品應用系碩士班 === 107 === In this study, the extraction of mainland Phellodendron amurense by microwave method was investigated, and the optimal extraction conditions of the antioxidant extraction efficiency and the antioxidant capacity of the extract were obtained with response surface methodology. Then, the antioxidant content and antioxidant capacity of the mainland and Taiwan Phellodendron amurense were compared. Finally, the antibacterial ability of extracts from mainland and Taiwan Phellodendron amurense against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus was investigated. Comparing the antioxidant content and antioxidant capacity of mainland and Taiwan Phellodendron amurense under the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: The extraction efficiency of antioxidants was as follows: the total polyphenol extraction efficiency of Taiwan Phellodendron amurense was 26.86 mgGallic acid/g greater than 22.87 mg Gallic acid/g of the mainland Phellodendron amurense; the total polysaccharide extraction efficiency of mainland Phellodendron amurense was 142.85 mgGlucose/g greater than Taiwan's 93.73 mgGlucose/g; the extraction efficiency of Flavonols of Taiwan Phellodendron amurense was 63.69 mgQuercetin/g greater than that of the mainland's 14.63 mgQuercetin/g; the extraction efficiency of Flavanones of the mainland Phellodendron amurense was 5.65 mg Hesperetin/g greater than the 1.93 mg Hesperetin/g in Taiwan; the carotenoid extraction efficiency of Taiwan Phellodendron amurense was 14.12 mg/g larger than that of the mainland 14.11 mg/g. The antioxidant capacity of extract was as follows: FRAP 158.32 mg FeSO4/g of mainland Phellodendron amurense was greater than 41.89 mg FeSO4/g of Taiwan; the reducing power of Taiwan Phellodendron amurense was 132.61 mg BHT/g greater than that of mainland's 20.87 mgBHT/g; the DPPH free radical scavenging capacity of mainland Phellodendron amurense was 89.82% greater than that of Taiwan 88.24%; the chelating ferrous ion capacity of mainland Phellodendron amurense was 91.12% greater than that of Taiwan 62.33%; the total antioxidant capacity (TEAC) in Taiwan is 99.66% higher than that of mainland 94.64%. The extracts from the mainland and Taiwan Phellodendron amurense were extracted with the optimal extraction conditions of the DPPH free radical scavenging capacity and the total antioxidant capacity (TEAC). The antibacterial activity of the extracts against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus was analyzed. The results showed good antibacterial effect against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.
