This study adopts a questionnaire survey method, taking employees in Hanoi as the research object, and using the factors that affect job satisfaction to make scales, including: income, training and promotion, relationship with supervisors, relationship with colleagues, work characteristics, Working conditions and corporate welfare are research tools. A stratified random sampling method was used to send 165 questionnaires and 161 valid questionnaires were collected. The data obtained from the survey were descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis, and Pearson product. Differential correlation and simple linear regression analysis were used for data analysis and processing. The results of this research are summarized as follows: 1. The six factors that affect job satisfaction include: income, training and promotion, relationship with supervisor, job characteristics, working conditions and corporate welfare, and income and job satisfaction have the greatest positive impact. 2. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive impact. 3.
