In this study, we interviewed five successful companies through interviews to discuss their success factors.The research findings indicated that the transformation direction of the case company needs to be related to its own related industries. Based on its existing professional knowledge and skills, it actively invests in R&D and innovation, purchases production-assisted soft and hardware equipment, adjusts organization and manpower structure, and achieves enterprise transformation effect.
