碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 國際企業系碩士班 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to explore the transitional operation strategy for composite metal exterior wall industry-A case study of company D. Based on SWOT analysis and five-force analysis theory, this study was to understand the current situation of the case company. In this study, we interviewed five successful companies through interviews to discuss their success factors.The research findings indicated that the transformation direction of the case company needs to be related to its own related industries. Based on its existing professional knowledge and skills, it actively invests in R&D and innovation, purchases production-assisted soft and hardware equipment, adjusts organization and manpower structure, and achieves enterprise transformation effect.
