Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of the awareness of ecotourism, the experience of tourism and the willingness of environmental education, and to analyze the differences between teachers of different background variables in ecotourism cognition, tourism experience and environmental education willingness. The relationship between teachers in ecotourism cognition, tourism experience and environmental education willingness. This study adopted questionnaire surveys. The 450 elementary school teachers in Yunlin County were sampled. Among the 450 questionnaires, 427 questionnaires were valid responses. Collected statistics were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software and tested through reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, independent-samples t Test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation, and regression analysis. The results show that there are some significant differences in the ecotourism cognition of the Yunlin County Elementary School teachers with different background variables; the Yunlin County Elementary School teachers with different background variables have some significant differences in the tourism experience; Yunlin County Elementary School teachers with different background variables have some significant differences in the environmental education willingness. Ecotourism cognition has a positive impact on tourism experience; ecotourism cognition has a positive impact on environmental education willingness; tourism experience has a partial significant influence on environmental education willingness.
