Although the sales performance has been increasing lately, it still has many concerns for customers. This study is going to understand the factors which would lead the positive purchase intention, in order to standardize a criterion for companies who’s in this field. The main purpose of this paper is focusing on understanding the purchase intention of electric scooter, the four affected dimensions are environmental concern, the types of product, price and convenience, there are 15 criteria within these four factors, according to literature review and questionnaire design. Quantity research is the main method in this study, the focus groups are the people who familiar with electric scooter, including experts, shop’s owners, scholars and customers. DEMATEL would be used to analyse the connection between criteria and dimensions.
