Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 休閒管理研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to understand the consumer behavior and satisfaction of the complex swimming pool in Kaohsiung City. The questionnaires is designed to research the consumer behavior and satisfaction of one of the health clubs which has the complex management of the swimming pool in Kaohsiung City. The questionnaires is randomly sampled. There are 300 questionnaires are gathered statistics as the research materials. The author adopts the SPSS 18.0 to induce the descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, and single-factor ANOVA and has the research results. The results are as followings: 1. In the sex and age of the club customers, men (59.3%) are higher than women (40.7%) and most are 51-60 years old. 2. The participation behavior of the club customers , the 74.4% of the club members like to consume in cash and the cash feedback promotions. 3. In the satisfaction of the club customers, demographic variables have significant differences in satisfaction. In addition, the hygiene and safety of the site and the facilities and maintenance of the site will cause the high satisfaction with the performance.
