Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所 === 107 === The purpose of the study was to examine student’s satisfaction of internship in hospitality management of higher vocational education, as well as to compare the differences resulted from background variables on internship satisfaction of school’s satisfaction, enterprise satisfaction and self-satisfaction among the research variables. Using questionnaire survey, the study on student’s satisfaction of internship in hospitality management of higher vocational education was used as the research tool. The samples of the survey study were 439 students of hospitality management in northern Taiwan. The data were analyzed using the descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product moment correlation, coefficient. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1.In this survey have high degree. The highest satisfaction comes from the variable of “self-satisfaction”, and then are “school’s satisfaction” and “enterprise satisfaction”. As well as the degree of self-satisfaction was high. 2.There are significant differences in the internship satisfaction with different gender, age, department, company of intern, period of intern and salary of intern with different sizes. 3.Significant positive correlations were found in each facet of internship satisfaction. Finally, based on the conclutions above, this study provided related suggestions for the institute of educational administration, school administrative teams and enterprise and future research.
