| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 犯罪防治學系兩岸與犯罪防治碩士在職專班 === 107 === Since the development of the security business, due to the improvement of the standard of living, the rising awareness of the public safety and the privatization of personal property, the promotion of industrial specialization and the input of government resources have accelerated the promotion of the market in private security for residential community. Considering the professionalism in security, strengthening the security maintenance for community safety is even more oriented towards professional management. The purpose of this study is (1) to explore the effect of the impact of community security workforce environment on the characteristics of security work itself. (2) The strategy for improving the effectiveness of the security workforce, specifically for the security company, the security guard and the community management organization. (3) In view of the community security management level, exploring the proposals for improving the efficiency of the security work, this will enable the security industry, security personnel and consumers to achieve a win-win situation.
This study focuses on the strategies for improving and promoting the efficiency of the community security workforce. The research scope is mainly based on the Assembling community in the Greater Taipei area. Through six senior security officials, professional expertise interviews were conducted to analyze the interactions of the work related correlations and experiences among the security companies, community organization, and security guards; as well as the applicable strategies for the community security guards working condition and the work efficiency, so that the security business management can improve more on customer service efficiency; thus enabling the security guards to be competent and able to perform job duties efficiently, and also strengthening the management of the community security for safety protection.
Through analyzing the research conclusion of summing up is as follows:
一、since analyzing of community's job market type attitude.
1.The community type attitude has important influence of correlation in saving the
working efficiency.
2.The more complicated the environment of job market of the community is and
when member's amount scale is the larger, easier to exert a negative influence
for saving the working efficiency .
二、Direction analyzing from company's organizational management, working
commitment and community's organizational management.
1.The complete organizational management of company does the efficiency in
saving the staff from damage the improvement that has front of benefited.
2.The work promises the higher of sense is whole to improve the manifestation
that can relatively have enthusiasm to the working efficiency.
3.Reason and complete operation and harmonious and friendly and interdynamic
household member of community management organization, for security
working efficiencythere can be guide of front and benefit.
