Taiwan's service industry is mostly based on the concept of service first, and the service can be enjoyed everywhere in Taiwan's streets, such as department store retailing. Service innovation has become a modern trend, and service innovation and creating value have become a must. Competitive ability. In recent years, all sectors have attached great importance to corporate social responsibility, not only for profit, but for the sustainable operation of enterprises, in addition to the profits themselves, they must be able to operate sustainably, paying attention to economic performance, environmental performance and social performance. It is a good citizen of the company. This study uses the method of empirical research, takes the enterprise as the research object, and recovers 200 valid questionnaires. The structural equation model is used to verify the hypothesis. The results show that service innovation has a significant impact on co-creation value and economic performance, while service innovation has Environmental performance and social performance are not significant. In addition, co-creation has a significant impact on economic performance, social performance and environmental performance. The research results can enrich the relevant literature, and can also serve as the basis for future business practice service innovation.
