The divergent awareness caused by different background variables is analyzed, and the relationship between principals' leadership for learning and teacher’s organizational commitment is discussed. Questionnaire survey method is applied to collect the research data. The research tool is “Scale of the relationship between principals' leadership for learning and teacher’s organizational commitment of junior high school teachers.” 580 teachers from different junior high schools in Hsinchu City and County are selected to be the research subjects. However, only 523 useable questionnaires are received. The research data is analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1) The awareness of principals' leadership for learning of junior high school teachers in Hsinchu City and County are above average. (a) Creating advantagous learning environment shows the best and highest level; however, (b) Sharing performance and responsibily is relatively lower, in lower level. 2) The teacher’s organizational commitment of junior high school teachers in Hsinchu City and County are above average. (a) Willingness to work hard that achieved the best performance; however, (b) Remaining willingness is relatively lower, in lower level. 3) The divergence of junior high school teachers’ awareness of principals' leadership for learning reaches significant difference in some background variables, such as job position, and school size. 4) The divergence of junior high school teachers’ awareness of teacher’s organizational commitment reaches significant difference in some background variables, such as school size 5) The relationship between principals' leadership for learning and teacher’s organizational commitment of junior high school teachers in Hsinchu City and County are positive correlated. 6) Principals' leadership for learning and teachers’ organizational commitment has a significant positive prediction: the prediction of creating advantagous learning environment is the best. Based on the above generalizations, it is expected to provide the related suggestions to the competent educational authority, junior high school , junior high school teacher, and also to further study and future research.
