Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 107 === The purpose of this study is explore administrative stress of preschool education teachers in Kinmen County. Between administrative pressure and those teachers satisfactionshows negative relationship. Therefore, this study is to figure out how to resolve this predictment. The 155 subjects of this study are public affiliated preschool teachers in Kinmen County. The collected data were processed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and anova after aquestionnaire was conducted. The major findings of this study are shown as follows. The results of the study are showed as follows: 1. The administrative stree of those teachers are moderate whereas the “time stress” shows heavier factor. 2. There is significantly different between different aged-section, service-year, and administrative job-stress of those teachers whereas martial status and having child of those teachersdon’t. 3. There is significantly different on service-year administrative job-stress with different aged-sectionof those teachers in terms of “Time-conflict”. 4. There is significantly different on administrative duty of those teachers in terms of “Role-conflict”. 5. The ordering of job stress of those teachers is “Time-conflict” and “Role-conflict”. Finally, the implications of this study and recommendations to future study are also proposed. Key Words:work stress, preschool, administrative work stress, Kinmen County
