| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 === 107 === At present, the National Defense Policy plan will reconstruct the old camps as standardized military buildings, and plans various facilities such as living, administrative, leisure, and sports to provide a convenient living function. In addition, because of the protection of the personal rights, it also shouted the slogan of "feeling at home" in an attempt to create a suite-style, modular design camp to create a big family atmosphere.
This study uses three methods, including literature analysis, questionnaire survey and indepth interviews, to explore the impact of the Ministry of National Defense on improving the living and housing facilities to retain the soldiers in the Mazu area. Firstly, the results of the current academic research on the influence of amenities and hardware equipment on the willingness of volunteers to stay in the camps will be integrated to explain whether the factor is the reason for the volunteers to consider staying in the the camp; and issue questionnaires to ask them whether their amenities and hardware equipment will influence their willingness, in order to understand what they think about their environment. Finally, complete analysis the results of the questionnaire and design interview questions to conduct interviews with business executives as a reference for improving amenities.
The following findings were concluded: 1. The volunteers are satisfied with the amenities and hardware equipment in Mazuying camp. 2. The amenities and hardware equipment are suitable for the volunteers who live in Mazuying camp. 3. The most important is the amenities and hardware equipment. 4. the most need to improve and set up amenities and hardware equipment in Mazuying camp. 5. The Commander plays an important role in improving the amenities and hardware equipment. 6. Improving the amenities and hardware equipment can enhance the willingness of voluntary soldiers to stay in Mazu.
The research recommendation: 1. Strive for budget and properly allocate. 2. Adjust the budget use and policy content. 3. Change the centralized management mode. 4. Find who is talents in the engineering.
