The questionnaire survey, The Survey for International Education Establishment of Remote Elementary Schools in Changhua County was mainly obtained from 52 remote elementary school teachers at Changhua County’s in 2018. Among the 450 respondents, 296 valid questionnaires were collected which accounted an overall response rate of 66%. The questionnaire data obtained from the respondents were analyze by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) which included several analyzing method such as t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe post hoc comparison method of analysis. Based on the analysis , the findings are as below: (1)A medium low level was shown on the implementation of international education and teachers’ perception, of the remote public elementary schools in Changhua County. (2)There is only a very small gap in teachers’ perception at all international education dimensions. The course integration gained the highest attention; International Communication gained the lowest attention. (3)Teacher’s gender has significant difference on the international education perception. Male teachers have higher scores on perception than female teachers in terms on international education. (4)There is no significant difference on teachers’ perceptions upon teacher’s educational experiences and levels. (5)English teachers score higher on perception than teachers of other fields. (6)Those under the positions of English teachers and directors have higher scores on perception than teachers of other fields in terms of international education. (7)No significant difference is shown on the international education perception among teachers from schools of different sizes. (8)No significant difference is shown on the international education perception of teachers applying for the International School Award Certification Scheme. (9)Teachers from remote elementary schools in South Changhua County have higher scores on perception than those from remote elementary schools in North Changhua County. (10)Teachers involved in Project for English and International Education in Elementary schools have higher scores on perception at all international education dimensions than those who are not involved. (11)Teachers involved in School-based International Education Project gain significant higher scores on Educator Professional Growth and International Exchange international education strategies than those who are not involved. According to the research results, the researchers suggested several education methods, tools and directions to the future researchers.
