| Summary: | 碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 107 === Good quality public services are critical to the lives of citizens, and ensuring their provision is an essential function of government. But governments are not alone in this; experience and evidence built up over a number of decades has shown that citizens and civil society also have important roles to play in improving and delivering public services and achieving social outcomes.
This study aims to identify factors that could affect the quality of public service in Quang Ninh province, a case study at Uong Bi city. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from people who are experienced in public service in Uong Bi city. The analyzed statistics from 322 questionnaires showed that four factors: Priority Identification & Agenda Settingfactor, Policy Making & Service Design, Co-commissioning & Co-production, Monitoring & Accountability have significant effects on the quality of public service of Uong Bi city in Quang Ninh province.
The results demonstrate priority identification & agenda setting and policy making & service design are crucial focus factors impact to public services of Uong Bi city/Quang Ninh province. These factors can be discussed in depth and detail for managerial implications.
