碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 107 === The study was conducted to evaluate the level of student satisfaction at Foreign Trade University Quang Ninh Campus. The study was conducted by questionare survey and collected data from 237 students to determine the factors affecting student satisfaction at Foreign Trade University Quang Ninh Campus and the different levels of influence of these factors. By data analysized through SPSS software with Cronbach’s Alpha, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis has led to the results that five variables have good reliability. Six hypothesis relationship are tested which resulted to two variables directly affectting student satisfaction (Image and Perceived Value) and Perceived Value is the most influencing impact on student satisfaction. From the results of this analysis, the research has proposed some specific solutions such as improving training quality, improving teaching ability of lecturers, improving student management, improving facilities, training and evaluation and evaluation of quality of teaching. to improve students' satisfaction at Foreign Trade University Quang Ninh Campus.
