Under the circumstances that there are too many transaction payment tools, the companies which own vehicles that meet the customers’ expectations more will be more competitive in the market. Therefore, with the trend of digital financial era and the popularity of mobile devices, the enterprises must take some measures to immediately respond to different situations and propose feasible solutions to meet customer satisfaction and create numerous business opportunities. With traditional solution, it is inevitable that some contradictions usually happens. To get rid of the conventional patterns and thinking, this study, based on the diversity of TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniy Izobretatelskikh Zadatc) theory, employs BizTRIZ (TRIZ for Business and Management) to make creative improvements on the quality of digital finance services. The main method of the study is carrying out questionnaires to investigate the problems needed to solve in digital financial service quality. Besides, the study apply Root Conflict Analysis of BizTRIZ for improving the project. This study explored the contradictory phenomena of the key service quality elements of digital finance and transform them into universal parameters of business and management, and further utilizes the contradiction matrix, 40 invention principles of business and management, etc., to generate innovative ideas, suggestions, and solutions, in hope of being a reference on the specific problems and service quality improvement for future financial practitioners in the field of digital finance. Also, the study verified the practical value of BizTRIZ in the innovation of service quality in the e-commerce industry to increase the amount of financial tools in for service quality financial industry.
