Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 經營管理碩士學程(EMBA) === 107 === The consumption environment and habits of modern society are so different than before because of the rapid development of technology. Especially of the Internet Industry. Under the wave of the Internet, e-commerce has also developed so rapidly. In China that its retail market in 2019 is estimated to reach 1.9 trillion US dollars, accounting for 54.7% of the global market, and still continue to grow. Besides, Taiwan's e-commerce is developing fast enough to have a scale of over 6 billion US dollars including various types of B2C, B2B2C, and C2C, However, since the competition between different platforms is harsh, they have to offer different services consumers prefer. On average, more than 150 million packages are in transit every day, and the scale of the cross-border import retail market expands. My studies focus on e-commerce platforms for cross-border B2C cross-border import retail markets (overseas online shopping), and refer to industry research reports, academic research papers, books, case studies and comparison of company operating models. Data collection and other data collection, plus questionnaires on case and Taiwan e-commerce platform industry senior executives, through five-force analysis, core competence analysis and SWOT analysis to understand the "Wotada" cross-border e-commerce platform Innovative business model, facing external opportunities and threats in cross-border B2C cross-border import retail market, understanding the advantages and disadvantages of internal capacity resources, what kind of competitive strategy should be adopted in order to occupy a place in the growing cross-strait market.
