Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 化學系所 === 107 === In our study, we fabricate conductive materials by using the fabrics that dip into the silver/carbon nanotubes (Ag/CNT) nanocomposites solution, and use PDMS as protective layers to fabricate AgCNT electronic skin sensor. The resistance of the sensors decreases from 357Ω to 143Ω after adding silver nanoparticles to carbon nanotubes. Then the sensors are tested under different conditions. We can get the current-voltage curves from Electrochemical Analyzer, and all the curves are linear in the scanning voltage, demonstrating Ohmic contact characteristics. Then the sensors are tested under applied pressures, strains and bending. The sensitivity of the sensor is 0.03 kPa-1 under pressure test, and the gauge factor is 12.27 under stretching. The sensors can show different responses under different external forces, and also show the response with regularity and reproducibility after several cycles, demonstrating the sensor possesses good stability. It can be seen that we not only produce sensing materials by simple and eco-friendly methods, but also fabricate silver/carbon nanotube(AgCNT) electronic skin sensor with good conductivity. It is expected to be applied in the fields of medical monitoring, robotics and environmental monitoring in the future.
