Now, with the advancement of technology, we can do more computer software analysis before the machine tool is manufactured, understand the state and situation of the machine tool, and improve the structure. This article discusses built-in high-speed spindles. The internal structure of the built-in type high-speed spindle is complex, so this article focuses on the whole spindle, and performs the Experimental Modal Analysis (EMA) from the tie rod, mandrel, structural parts, etc., and compares the natural frequencies and modes with the model which used Finite Element Method(FEM) constructed, and corrects material parameters and joint stiffness. The error of single part of the spindle and the whole spindle finite element digital model is between 2~4%. Then the final high-speed spindle finite element digital model is constructed. In our work, vibration simulation analysis for finite digital model in different rotated speeds are compared with actual test values. In addition, the influences of the adjustment in different parameters are also demonstrated, including the drawbar force, bearing preload, bearing damping and disc spring damping for improving the spindle rotation speed and the precision of machining. And provide reference to future designers. 邱顯俊 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 90 zh-TW
