In the CV, the scan protential was ranged from 0V to1.5V forward at the scan rate of 50V/s. The resulting protential peak was at 0.3V and the oxidiation current was 24.41μA at the concentration of 100 ppm. The sulfite was measured from 10 to500 ppm with good sensitivity, and the liner regression equation for sulfite was y= 0.3154x - 2.8847 with R2 value of 0.9968. In the SWV, the height and the width of the square wave was 25 mV and 100 ms, respectively. The potential increment was 10 mV and the square wave frequency was 10 Hz. The liner regression equation for sulfite was y= 0.1134x - 5.967 with R2 value of 0.9891. The dection time were 300s and 10s by using CV and SWV, respectively. SWV was used in the following study. Wine purchased from Jason market, Taichung, Taiwan was used in the real sample test by standard addition method. After 24 hours, the concentrations of sulfite in the wine were 25.7 ppm and 20 ppm from the measurement of electrochemical voltammetry in this study and rankine method in Jttec Service Corporation, New Taipei City, Taiwan.
