In total, 356 valid questionnaires were collected, and data were processed and analyzed by SPSS and AMOS statistical software. According to the results, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Majority of cycling APP users is male and also people living in the northern region of Taiwan. 2. The adjustment variables of “age", "years of riding ", "group riding frequency" showed significant differences in level of satisfaction and different category of user features. Level of satisfaction affects the will to continuous usage of APP. 3. "Age", "years of riding", "group riding frequency" affects the use of motivation insignificantly. 4. There is a significant positive correlation between motivation to use, habit to use and use satisfaction. A sense of belonging has the most significant influence on habit to use. 5. Current APP system still contains unstable factors that affect the user''s satisfaction negatively. Based on the conclusions and discussions of this study, the following Suggestions are proposed: 1. To cultivate users'' habits. 2. To moderately increase the conversion cost. Enhance users’ perceived usefulness of the APP to improve user retention rate. 3. To increase in official activities that promote riding activities, improve the users’ experience and enhance users’ sense of belonging. 陳佳楨 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 116 zh-TW |
