Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 生物產業機電工程學系所 === 107 === In recent years, farmers have used the tray cultivation mode in the facility to reduce the problems of pests and diseases, weeds, etc. However, due to the aging of the rural areas in the harvesting operation, although the harvesting labor is seriously lacking, it still needs to be harvested. Therefore, the current harvesting operation is still carried out manually. In order to solve the problem of serious shortage of agriculture in Taiwan, this study is aimed at the cultivation method of vegetable trays.Develop a mechanical and mechanical equipment that can simultaneously harvest plugs and vegetables. The safety factor of the stress analysis of the excavating device designed in this study was set to 2, and the result of ANSYS analysis was 2.8. In this study, several field trials were carried out in the previous period to investigate the stability of the tray transport. It is known from the data that the various excavation angle settings of 29, 24, 19 and 14 will affect the amount of soil and transport stability. In addition, the overall test of the harvesting system is carried out. The number of test samples is divided into 3 groups in 94 sets and each set has 32 sets. At present, the excavation angle of 14 degrees can excavate less soil and discharge the clods for stable transfer of the trays, and the better shovel rate is 94. %, and the clamping and conveying part is clamped at an angle of 18 degrees. It can be known from the data that the total number of vegetable trays is 1,625, although the clamping and conveying part has the effect of introducing eight, but the vegetable conveying process Most of the stalks are mostly clamped to the leaves. It is known that the clamping success rate is still affected by the size of the plants and the side buds. The current results have a 51% clamping success rate, and the subsequent clamping and conveying section angles and erection can be adjusted. At the point, after performing multiple tests, a better clamping success rate has been obtained. The vegetable vegetable harvester developed in this study achieves a time-saving effect, and the time-saving efficiency is about 46%.
