Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 電機工程學系所 === 107 === In this thesis, the application of optical code-division multiple-access (OCDMA) modulation based on 2-D carrier-hopping prime codes (CHPCs) for light detection and ranging (LIDAR) system is introduced. The restrictions in LIDAR systems are presented. The associated optical hardware is designed and the operation is validated with OptiSystem™ simulation. The study shows that 2-D OCDMA modulation with CHPCs can provide more users and better performance in LIDAR systems than conventional 1-D coding with optical orthogonal codes.
