Most of the innovation of products and technologies come from the R&D teams. The R&D teams can create exclusive technologies and develop innovative products under an organizational arrangement. The R&D team is the knowledge-intensive group, also, is an important source of competitiveness for a company. How the R&D teams promote knowledge activities and make it operated effectively within the organization is the key of success in company innovation. The way of knowledge activities are closely related to the impact of the human resources management system within the organization. This paper discusses the operation of three knowledge activities including acquisition, sharing and creation for the R&D team in Taiwan Agribusiness Corporation. And the affecting of its management through the recruitment selection, education, training, salary rewards, performance evaluation and work design. The study found that the human resource management system in the R&D team will have an impact on employees'' knowledge activities, and even shaping in employees'' attitudes and the obtain desire for knowledge activities. Moderate application of institutional regulations could effectively stimulate the development of knowledge activities and gave more opportunities to promote and further increased the value of knowledge. Moderately authorization will have higher interaction between the team members and will have a positive impact on the working efficiency. The atmosphere created from the working environment will directly affected employees desire on development of the knowledge activities.
