How previous conditions to affect the future construction ? In construction industry, urban renewal is an extremely complicated commercial activity. Taiwan has been a developed country; urban renewal would be a matter of great urgency.
In the past, our common metropolis renewal met layer on layer obstruction, contains policy and the legal insufficiency, but also had the dispute and conflict between the people and Construction Company. These conditions repeatedly highlighted us not to take regard of this public subject and look indifferently for the past years, causes all goals different also twisted the originally kindness. We already forgot the public interests and improving dwelling conditions of urban renewal is our priority target.
The process and the policy in urban renewal, through depth interview and some research methods, abandon the systems and implementations. Analyze and discuss the present real estate in Taichung. What is the basic point for Construction Company to carry out the urban renewal in Taichung? How to evaluate the most important condition─land? Whether can find the best way to evaluate the land for urban renewal? Whether the Construction Company is willing to positivity participate in the urban renewal subjects? These issues will be the topics we must face seriously. We need to have the cognition that without people’s demands and Construction Company’s reasonable profit, it will not have the urban renewal.
