The leader of IS calls himself the Caliph, and his opinion will have an influence on people who live in Western Europe, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, America and other places scattered around the world. The terrorist incidents involved with IS vary from conventional types ,such as assassination, destruction, harassment, and the use of Improvised Explosive Device(IED), raising limited public panic and having minor media effect, to launching a large-scale terrorist attack with organizational strategy. In the face of greater challenges of rising terrorism threat, regions and the international community should share the information and fight the terrorism together with the integration of the domestic intelligence systems. Only strong international cooperation can effectively prevent the development and the attack of terrorism. 蔡東杰 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 123 zh-TW
