Iron and steel products are now widely used at all levels. All raw materials are sintered at high temperatures from iron ores. After being smelted into the blast furnace, molten iron is produced, steel embryos are produced through the converter, and steel sheets/profiles are produced by the post-processing program. Sintering machine is an important link in a series of production processes for steel products of different materials/shapes. The smoothness of the material distribution in the round roller feeder is related to the overall output and quality. In the process of sintering, the adhesive becomes an urgent problem to be improved. Based on the above reasons, it is urgent to have a suitable material on the production line. The device for cleaning the sticky material immediately will replace the traditional stopping material and reduce the loss of product fluctuation. It is not desirable in production that the equipment is damaged due to non-stop operation. It is hoped that a safe and feasible method will be put forward through innovative attempts to solve the problem of sticky material in the round roll feeder with reasonable cost. In this study, TRIZ innovative method was used to improve the viscosity of the round roller feeder. AHP hierarchical analysis and Nine Palace lattice method were used to find out the causes of the problem and improve the method. Conceptual design was carried out, and TRIZ contradiction matrix method was used to find several possible inventive principles. Cleaning up the adhesive part can be set on both sides. The scraper can be used to adjust the compensation of the scraper after wear by adding a screw drive to the rear of the scraper, and the problem of cleaning the two sides of the scraper can be effectively improved. After inquiring the patent database, the improved method of scraper design used in the round roller feeder is not found, so the innovation is true. Quality has industrial availability and novelty, so the conclusion of this paper can achieve safety, speed and convenience compared with the current round roller feeder cleaning method.
