Consumers are also demanding more quality, so more products require more detailed texture techniques. However, in recent years, due to the difficulty of hiring suitable personnel under the condition of reduced manpower, the environmental protection requirements are getting higher and higher, and the effect of the texture effect is being improved, the traditional texture can no longer meet the needs of the times, and the texture technology is about to enter. A new way of production; with a 3D laser engraving machine with a four-axis machine, it will be safer, faster, more environmentally friendly and better. This paper plans to combine the 3D laser engraving machine with the four-axis processing machine, because the price of the current five-axis processing machine is still too high, and the price of equipment is tens of millions, which is still a considerable expenditure for the industry. The four-axis machining machine can be adjusted according to the processing precision requirements of the industry, and there is a considerable gap in equipment cost. In addition, in the software, 3D engraving and plane relief are used, and 3D stereo texture technology can be made on the plane and the curved surface. After successful development, the demand for technical manpower can be greatly reduced, and the environmental impact depends on the original process. It is possible to improve 70~90%, even in the reproducibility of texture, which is completely impossible to achieve by traditional biting, and can greatly reduce the purchase cost of processing equipment, make manufacturers more competitive, and make the mold biting technology upgrade to new generations.
