碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 107 === In recent years, Industry 4.0 has set off a new wave of industrial revolution, and the machine tool industry has played a very important role in this wave. Although there are a large number of patents related to machine tool related industries, the patent analysis literature related to Industry 4.0 in this industry is quite rare. To this end, the study selected 11 well-known tool machine manufacturers in Taiwan published patents as research objects, and explored the focus of each company's research and development direction under the trend of Industry 4.0 through text mining technology. In addition, through social network analysis to visualize the company's competitive relationship, and use multi-scale analysis to explore the direction of mainstream technology development. The research results show that the development of technology in HIWIN is in a leading position, and its patents are biased towards the development direction of robots, robotic arms and sensors. YCM machinery research and development patents are biased in favor of the development of procedures, parameters and technology. The development trend of R&D technology of other companies is similar, and there may be a high competition relationship. The analysis results of this study will provide a reference for the domestic tool machine industry's future patent layout and R&D technology strategy under the industry 4.0 trend.
