Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 都市計劃學系 === 107 === The rapid changes in the global environment have led to continued disasters in various regions, making the concept of resilience more and more important. However, past studies have focused on how to enhance the adaptability of cities, while ignoring the need for resilience in rural areas in the face of disaster risks, and compared with urban areas, there are factors such as insufficient infrastructure in rural areas, which makes rural areas less resilient in the face of disasters. Until recently, the concept of rural resilience has gradually gained attention, meanwhile past studies have also pointed out that rural areas contain various types, such as rural or industrial and commercial attributes, and thus may have multiple characteristics in resilience; Furthermore, relevant research indicates that the application of traditional knowledge is also a strategy to respond to climate change, so this study will explore whether this knowledge is the core concept of rural resilience. Therefore, this study finds that there are indeed differences in resilience between different characteristic in rural areas. At the same time, this study also found that the experience of local and traditional knowledge is related to the resilience of rural areas, and its content and practices are the key factors and characteristics of rural resilience.
