The main methods used in this study were case study and semi-structured in-depth interview, the intervieews were purposively selected from PFI in NCNU, Teachers and assistant. According to literature review and the result of in-depth interview, the findings were on following: 1. The main function of PFI in NCNU was traning talent with professional skills and indigenous culture education. 2. The strategy used to recruit student was to extend recruit schedule. The key method used to recruit student were attitude and cultural passionate. 3. Strategy of curriculum development were to reproduce the professional courses from the university, and assimilate cultural courses. 4. Strategy of counseling was to establish partnership with student to reduce the percentage of suspension or termination. 5. The main difficulty and challenge of the PFI were: (1) Lack of staff and resources. (2) The status of PFI in NCNU was not suitable. (3) NCNU did not afford enough support. Based on the study results, suggestions were afforded for the reference of government, educational administration authorities, program of indigenous, and for the further studies.
