The lessons of Buddhism are persuading people to be good. Nowadays people are living in a tight schedule, they need a quiet space to repair their bodies, minds and spirits, so that the body, mind and spirit can be restored, thus the culture of temple came into our life. Purpose of this study is to examine the development of a gilt bronze Buddha statues manufacturer in Taiwan and China. How does it use flexible marketing strategies and management skills at different stages to accomplish remarkable sale records. This manufacturer emphasizes its core culture and business philosophy on altruism and sharing to grow. This study concludes that the success of the manufacturer relies on the following: First, the core culture of the company is altruism and sharing. Second, take a quiet revolution. Third, improve the positive energy of the team. Fourth, joint alliance and joint development to the expansion of the market share. Fifth, Flexible marketing strategy and business policy. This study focuses on the example corporate to collect, summarize, collate, discuss, and finally analyze the related data of the gilt bronze Buddha statues manufacturer. Hopefully this study can improve our understanding on the innovation of the manufacturer and the related industries.
