Taiwan Operations Center, mainland China, Vietnam and Myanmar factories, and in-depth interviews with 4 units were performed for at least 1 hour with 2 high-level managers. Finally, with the thesis instructor’s inputs it is to determine the interview questions and implementation methods, successively obtain the data collection of individual research subjects, and provide the follow-up data analysis, and finally answer the questions set by the research purpose, and propose the current tentative research conclusions and practical recommendations.
