碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 兩岸高階主管經營管理境外碩士在職學位學程 === 107 === According to the publication of the Taiwan Ceramic Yearbook, in 2004-2015, Taiwans overall ceramic industry, or industrial ceramics, architectural ceramics, sanitary ceramics, daily-use ceramics, and art ceramics are imported far more than exports. This represents an indisputable fact that Taiwans ceramic industry has been weak for a long time, and it is difficult to change. The researcher agrees that the yearbook has relatively complete information, authoritative and time-based content, and possesses the functions of capitalization, warning and historical materials for industrial development. Therefore, after considering the gradual decline of the development of Taiwans ceramic industry, the industry should have a complete review and profound reflections. The researcher thought about it, it is determined to read the development of ceramic industry from the perspectives of Taiwan Ceramic Yearbook. This study is based on the text of the 11-year Taiwan Ceramics Yearbook from 2008 to 2018, supplemented by relevant development information that can be collected and disclosed. Senior manager covering more than 20 years of professional experiences in ceramic industries were to be interviewed. Through repeated text analysis, this Industrial analysis covers the domestic and international environment of industrial survival and development; the competitive advantages and weaknesses of industrial survival and development; the interests of industrial survival and development; the future direction of industrial survival and development. This study mainly summarizes and organizes the layout of Taiwan Ceramic yearbook, and compares it with other relevant industry yearbooks published by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. After comparative analysis, The Taiwan Ceramic Industry Association was given a proposal for the follow-up publication of the Industry Yearbook. Furthermore, this study is based on the perspectives of industrial analysis, supplemented by the opinions of relevant stakeholders, comprehensively summarized and confirmed, and confirms the important connotation of the past and development of Taiwans ceramic industry. Finally, the researchers supplemented the industrial transformation strategy, summarized and confirmed the recommendations, relatively important thinking and actions to the future development of Taiwans ceramic industry.
