The study employed a qualitative research method, collecting and analyzing data via in- depth interviews. The subjects of this research were high school korfball players officially enrolled at the 2018 academic year’s Chung-Cheng Cup ; the study examined the leaders’ styles and approaches, the players’ sense of value and achievement, the players’ future career plans, and dynamic changes in the ternary leadership. Research results concluded that: (1) the coach’s leadership changes according to the player’s performance, (2) the manifestation and changes in paternalistic leadership is a result of mutual influence between the player and the coach, and (3) the player’s career developments is impacted by the coach’s leadership actions. Results also indicate that, according to interviews with players, among different styles of paternalistic leadership, 7 players preferred strict-styled coaches, 3 preferred laissez-faire coaches, while 6 preferred the moralistic style. The analysis results were compared against related literature before conclusions were offered, which are presented in the final paper. OU,HSIA-HUNG 歐俠宏 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW |
