Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 管理學院 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to explore the motives of participation of the members, the organizational commitment, and the organizational citizenship behavior behind the most important organization in the Wangye Worshipping Ceremony – the organization of seven gak-tau. Survey technique was used for this study. After 400 copies of questionnaires were distributed on the members of organization of seven gak-tau, 379 valid copies were sampled out of 385 copies that were recovered, with a recovery rate of 94.75 percent (94.75%). Tools that were used for the study include the measuring tables of motivation for participation, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and basic personal information. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, product moment correlation, Scheffe’s method and Regression Analysis There are 3 discoveries made by using these statistical analyses. Discovery 1: the motivation for participation of members of the seven gak-tau falls between “Strongly Agree” and “Agree”, with the primary motivation being that they are able to learn more associated knowledge, and they scored the highest in Demand Satisfaction. Discovery 2: Their agreement with organizational commitment fall between “Strongly Agree” and “Agree”. They identify with being a part of the organization the most, and they score the highest in Normative Commitment. Discovery 3: Their agreement with organizational citizenship behavior fall between “No Comment” and “Strongly Agree”, with the strongest agreement being in willing to fulfill the tasks distributed by the organization, and they score highest in “Altruism”. The result of this study shows that, in the human resource domain of non-profit organizations, religiously fanatic human resources are more than welcome. They show high degree of passion towards partaking in activities, agreement with the organization, and citizenship behaviors. They bring the positive energy that makes others more willing to devote themselves. It highlights the value of religious volunteers, and it can be used for future reference for social welfare groups, as proof for other researchers or for reference for future study.
