To achieve the mission of “providing integrated services and promoting a friendly environment to help people with disabilities make biggest achievement in their life”, The Syinlu Foundation needs provide more professional services and expand service area continually so that people with disabilities and their families can receive immediate and appropriate support and assistance. However, under the pressure of the expanding service area and the growth of other social welfare organizations, the Syinlu Foundation is facing great challenges in managing internal resource allocation and getting the supporting of social resources. Therefore, it is imperative to promote the financial stability of various service units and their competitiveness of getting social resources to make sure the sustainable development of the Syinlu Social Welfare Foundation. This study takes the Hsinchu service unit of the Syinlu Foundation as an example. Through the annual financial analysis and the fundraising pyramid, we find out that the planned giving does not always happen and it makes the great variable of donations annually, and also causes the main reason of imbalance of revenue and expenditure. Take into account the cost and limited resource, this study introduces a new type of vortex theory and the strategy of online social media. With SWOT analysis, this study provides new marketing projects. Which are making professionals and people with disabilities to become the internet celebrity by series videos. Follow by the steps of the prerequisite tree, the team member made the first video in August, 2018. The video is one of the series of the professionals project, is about teaching parents how to choose the right spoon for their children. It takes great successfully response on Facebook and even contribute to the Mami News, which is the fan page on Facebook followed by 400,000 people. That is, the new marketing projects can really work. Hope the team member will continually follow the steps of the prerequisite tree and take actions to promote the positive brand awareness, in order to increase the annual and major donation until achieve the goal of independent operation.
