Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院科技管理學程 === 107 === The first quantum revolution triggered the booming development of the optoelectronics industry and the semiconductor industry. However, according to Moore's Law, the function of traditional computers will soon reach the physical limit, and the new era of quantum hegemony is about to come. Now we are in the second era of quantum revolution. In terms of function, sensitivity and speed, quantum technology can promote revolutionary progress in each of these industries, and it will be the decisive factor in the victory of many industries and markets.
Beginning with an exploration of the strategic and industrial status of quantum technology, the purpose of this study is to focus on the technological prospects of quantum computers. Based on the national innovation framework by Rothwell & Zegveld’s to fill out that governments have successively published in 2015 in terms of their layout on quantum technology. In view of the existing quantum policies of the European Union, the United States and Canada, we will summarize the planning perspectives of the supply, environmental and demand aspects of quantum policy in each country to predict the key factors for the success of the quantum computer industry.
The results of this study show that the existing policies of Europe, the United States and Canada are all based on " Laws and Regulations." It is hoped that the standardization of the quantum computer industry will be established. This also shows that quantum computers have not yet been industrialized, so the layout of quantum computer policies in various countries is even more obviously important.
