| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院科技管理學程 === 107 === This thesis applies an integrated model of innovation intensive services (IIS) to portray the Blockchain applications in the agricultural supply chain. Research methods include literature review, expert interview, questionnaire and statist iced analyses to assess key success factors of value activities and externalities.
The internal value activities include Service Design, Validation of Testing, Marketing, Delivery, After Service and Supporting Activities, and the Externalities include Complementary Assets Supplier, R&D/Science, Technology, Production, Servicing, Market and Other Users. By structuring a 4x5 matrix, encompassing four service packages and five innovation modes, we elucidated the strategic positioning and future development trend of the industry.
Results show the present strategic positions as Selective Service / Production innovation. In the next 5-10 years, it is expected to move to the position of the Selective Service/Structural Innovation or Restricted Service/Structural Innovation or Generic Service/Structural Innovation. The critical core competences include Design、Marketing、Delivery and Supporting activities, while the critical externalities activities include Complementary Assets Supplier and Market
