The paper mainly discusses the difference between the number of system caps formed by the customer and the system. Here we call self optimization and overall optimization. In this paper, we derive the theoretical solution of the self optimization and the estimated solution of the overall optimization for the queuing system in which the service system obeys the Gamma distribution. The structure of this thesis is as follows. The first chapter explains the research concept and literature review. The second chapter introduces the system model, the derivation of personal optimization and system optimization. The third chapter is to explain the theoretical solution of self optimization and overall optimization for the queuing system with exponential distribution of service system. The fourth chapter is to derive the theoretical solution of self optimization theory and the estimation solution of overall optimization for the queuing system of Gamma distribution of service system. The derivation results of this chapter are the most important purpose of this paper. The fifth chapter introduces the problems and solutions in the simulation process, and explains the details of the experiment. The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
