The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of the Apple mobile phone incident on the impact of Taiwan's supply chain manufacturers' stock prices. We use the event study method to verify whether “new iphone announcement” and “The frequency reduction of battery” will cause stock prices changes of Taiwan's Apple’s mobile supply chain company. The purpose of the research is to be explore the following Issue.
1. When Apple’s conpamy announced the new iphone, the demend of components requirement increase. The expected psychological effects bring positive abnormal returns of Taiwan’s supply chain.
2. The Apple’s Fruqency reduction of the battery incident causes negative abnormal returns of Taiwan’s supply chain.
3. Apple’s litigation causes negative abnormal returns of Taiwan’s supply chain.
