The entire semiconductor industry has formed a "clustering effect" under The world's leading wafer foundry company, enabling the industry to flourish and integrate upstream IC design, midstream wafer production and downstream IC packaging testing are complete. Whether it is vertical professional division of labor or horizontal mutual cooperation, Taiwan Semiconductor can provide a one-stop service solution, which makes Taiwan's international visibility a lot more effective, and let the world respect Taiwan's semiconductor technology. As wafer processing technology progresses, IC testing becomes more and more difficult. IC testing is an important station for controlling the quality of the wafer and controlling the manufacturing cost. Among them, probe card is an essential, key component in testing. Today, Taiwan's probe card company faces competition from its global peers. In addition to quality, price, delivery and after-sales service, what can we provide differential services? Therefore, this study is a strategic study of the market competition model faced by Taiwan's probe card companies. This study uses Michael Porter's "Five Forces Analysis" and "Diamond Model" to analyze the competitive advantages of Taiwan's probe card companies and to examine the key capability and success factors of enterprises. Through SWOT analysis, list the strengths and weaknesses within the company, and identify the interface of Taiwan's probe card company's strategic planning from the opportunities and threats of external industry environment. In addition, in response to the dramatic changes in the environment and competitors, Quoting Ming-Jer Chen Dynamic Competition theory seeks to find a more positive solution.
