Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 多媒體工程研究所 === 107 === In this thesis, we combine a psychological model and a cellular automaton model to simulate crowd evacuation with consideration of obstacle removal from rooms. A room has one or more exits. There are static and dynamic obstacles in the rooms. The static obstacles, such as walls, cannot be removed while the dynamic obstacles can be removed. Agents can be classified into three kinds which are evacuees, leaders and volunteers. In general, evacuees tend to move away from the room. However, evacuees may become volunteers which can remove the dynamic obstacles. We have investigated different situations that influence the evacuation process: timing for removing dynamic obstacles, destination for obstacle removal, influence of psychological parameters, influence of leader density on obstacle removal and evacuation time, and degree of emergency.
