In the industrial production process, the total time of forming tends to affect the efficiency of production, and the production cost of the industry will also be affected. How to obtain the expected appearance size data in the shortest time is the goal of the enterprise, and it is also the topic to be discussed in this paper. The material used in this study was AA5083 aluminum alloy sheet. The experiment mainly explores the difference in blowing time, changes the total time of blowing the test piece of the workpiece, and changes the parameters of the blowing time of each blowing pressure under different blowing pressures. And to measure the thickness of the test piece of the workpiece, the width and length distribution of the test piece and the appearance analysis after forming.
