Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 光電科學與工程學系 === 107 === Although the technology of fully automatic driving of automobiles is not yet mature, the application of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) has rapidly emerged. The purpose of this study is to design a front-view lens for use in advanced driver assistance systems. The final product has features such as lane offset, automatic braking, pedestrian detection, and automatic follow-up. The research of this paper has brought up a lens optical configuration, which adopts a three spherical glass lens and two aspheric molded lenses based on a one mega pixel imager sensor design for advanced driving assistance system application. By simulating optical routes, performance evaluation and thermal drifting analysis via Zemax software and using Code V software to conduct tolerance analysis to understanding manufacturing yield rate and further carry out flare and ghost analysis via ASAP software to fully understand the development process of an automotive lens design stages. The completed lens design specification uses one million pixels, 1/2.56 〞 sensor, horizontal viewing angle of 52 degrees, aperture value of 1.62, total lens length of 12.6mm, and its optical structure uses three glass spherical lenses and two molded aspherical lenses, the lens production yield is above 90%, and has good focusing characteristics in the temperature range of -40 ° C ~ 105 ° C.
